Why would MSU renew his contract?
The worst thing that could happen is UM hiring him back, which wouldn't be surprising, as UM is sort of a Betty Ford Clinic for former Griz coaches with careers needing rehab.

I agree with this. I'm not interested in his return. I see your info about losing records and such, but if you look at just the defense prior to and after his hiring, the defense improved overall. Around here, that's called cherry picking stats or info! hahaha

You can set your watch by the press conference intimating Ty was getting stale & like his change of OC’s, this change was made to better leverage all the great talents recruited.
