What is our guess at how many scholarships we had to offer? 17 to 20? We know of five commits and only having 8 scholarships left would indicate we have 5 to 8 commits we don't know about?

Well this is going to be a smaller class because of how big last years class was. But 15 to 20 seems about right so I think there may be a few commits we don’t know about but doubt it’s 8.
