I wasn't going to say definitively that he wasn't coming back to either Montana school because you truly never know. I don't think that door has 100% shut yet. But Brody is a bright kid who knows he will have potentially all of the Ivy League schools offering him the chance to play football at their institutions by the time his prep season is over with. Its a pretty cool thing.

Well, we should make some recruiting progress this next week, with the bye week. Hauck said they would be on the road recruiting this week. I hope we can get some boys on board. How many verbals can we come away with this week?

Looks to have good size too considering he doesnt look short next to Ryan Simpson who is 6'6. With as much attention as he is getting from Big10 schools, it's hard to imagine him coming here. But it would be a phenomenal pick up and this tweet shows there must be some level of shared interest!

Looks to have good size too considering he doesnt look short next to Ryan Simpson who is 6'6. With as much attention as he is getting from Big10 schools, it's hard to imagine him coming here. But it would be a phenomenal pick up and this tweet shows there must be some level of shared interest!

If I remember correctly his father was an offensive lineman and a captain for the Bobcats in the late 80's or early 90's and a real nice guy originally from Wisconsin. It could be a challenge to get him but stranger things have happened. Here's hoping!

If I remember correctly his father was an offensive lineman and a captain for the Bobcats in the late 80's or early 90's and a real nice guy originally from Wisconsin. It could be a challenge to get him but stranger things have happened. Here's hoping!

He's a big time player. It will be interesting to see if ends up staying in state or goes bigger. He comes from a hard core Bobcat family, so I can't imagine he'd consider anywhere anywhere other than MSU if he plays FCS.

Anything is certainly possible, but like I said, I don't see that happening.
 
Coaches are out recruiting this week in full force, I would hope to hear about some more offers but it’s unlikely and would have thought we would have heard about some commits of guys who were in over the weekend but I guess we will be seeing a lot of suprises in the December signing period.
 
Sure feels like we're far behind last year's pace of commitments but in researching the timing from last year, on this date in 2018 we had eight (8) commitments and by the end of October we were up to 11. Appears our bye week fell about the same time last year so hopefully we see 4-5 in the next three weeks and we'd be back to a "normal" pace.
