Are you paying attention? I said nothing about NDSU. I said I liked Wentz.
He said Ill St was a better program than UM. He said Hauck wasn't a good coach because he hadn't won a national championship, even though virtually no coach has ever done what Hauck did in his prior stint at UM. He said teams that doh't win a national championship are losers. He said the Griz only advanced deep into the playoffs so many times because the Big Sky was weak. Virtually nothing he has said is accurate.
I said that as it stands right now, Illinois State is the better program and over the last decade has been more successful. How is that an inaccurate statement?
[
Ill St is not the better program. It isn't even close. I can't imagine that anyone would agree with you.
Shall we compare athletic and football budgets? Isn't that a big part of the quality of a program?. How about football ticket revenue? How much does Ill St get pad for play-up games?]
I didn't research success, but i
t looks like success has been similar for both programs. See Kem's stats. And, over the past 15 years, UM has been much more successful.]
I never said teams who didn’t win championships as being “losers”.
[You said this, among other things: "one of those
teams who couldn’t get it done?" I'd be happy to introduce you to some of the Griz on those teams, like JD Quinn, and watch you diss these teams You also said that
not expecting a national championship is a "loser mentality". That's essentially calling those runner up teams losers, in. my view.]
I said that Bobby Hauck is overrated as a coach and his performance on the main stage proves it.
[You said this, among other things: "I’m not saying Bobby Hauck isn’t a
decent coach."
No one in the know would describe Hauck as at least a very good coach. A coach and is judged on much more than wining national chamnpiuoinships. The vast majority of coaches don't even get to the that game.]
You said the Big Sky was a top conference when he was there which was bullshit. Again. 7 years. No single Big Sky program, other than Montana, even made a national championship game appearance.
[
The Big Sky was one of the top conferences in Hauck's year. I proved it with info from a top rating service. It can be proven multiple ways. An important criteria for a top conference is not having multiple teams go to a national championship game. UM went 3 years; another Big Sky team isn't likely to go in the same year.]
At this point you are clearly wrong.
[
You are the one who is clearly wrong. You are not correct of any of the basic issues you mention. You don't understand football. You never played the game. It shows in your posts.]
