It happenin

So follow me here hahahah. let’s talk viewership…Sacramento has 500000 people. Nobody else gives a shit about them…Montana has 1000000 people. So…same viewership if you divide the 2 Montana teams in half…except half of a state will watch to cheer a team on and and the other half will watch to see them lose. So theoretically, the state of Montana would be better for viewership than sac st
The City of Sac has 500K. The metro area has 2.5 million (all the suburbs in 50 miles radius around Hornet Stadium). You gotta do better than that!

That’s why Ursa and I are partnering to form the CAL-LOCKUP/Handball Alliance. Many don’t realize it’s the potential viewers (not actual) that sell the ads. Therefore, I’m also looking into a sitting-on-a-bench-in-Central Park league for NYC. Players just sit on benches and get points for bird lady encounters. Huge market. Should do really well.

The Montana Board of Regents will likely insist if we move to The MWC, we take our bratty little brother with us, MSU. Averaging over 26,000 fans at WA-GRIZ last year and with the Shi##y Kitties averaging a little over 21,000 at their litter box, we already outdraw many mid to lower level FBS programs And while we have the facilities right now--academic center, new weight room, meeting rooms and lockers in the Washington Champion's Center, and our brand-new indoor practice facility, and with the SK's close behind--their new indoor practice facility should open next year, I think we are ready and the SK's are almost there.

The ground is literally moving under our feet , triggered by the Big 10 snatching most of PAC-12, and the Big 12 and ACC sweeping up the remnants. ( I reminded my Iowa Hawkeye friends last week that their Big 10 Conference started all of this, aided by the SEC and The Big 12.) And when Boise State, Fresno State, San Diego State and Colorado State leave for the new " 6 PAC," I like that nickname, the MW is going to be flush with cash from the exit fees those schools have to pay, and if the MW wants us as badly as I think they will, the MW should pay us and MSU to absorb most of the costs !!!

The FCS just ain't what it used to be--most of our old playoff rivals in The South have left recently or long ago: James Madison, Appalachian State, Troy, Georgia Southern and Marshall. We all remember the just-played Missouri State game, whom we were supposed to play in a nonconference game next year in Springfield, Missouri in a home and home deal. The game has been cancelled because Missouri State is moving up to the FBS next year.

As much as I hate to admit it, moving up with most if not all the costs paid for by the MWC now makes quite a bit of sense provided they want us !!!

NOBODY CARES...that's the problem. I don't agree with it at all. I think if I lived in an area that had a D1 sports program, I love sports enough that I'd go support them. The fact that there are "potentially" 2.5 million is one thing. Facts are there would not be that viewership. That's my point. I think it's dog $%!# that it is that case, but california likes the big boys. Same goes for Davis. What I am saying, is there are diehard fans in the entire state (plus outside) that would watch "our" teams play. That's all. Again, I think is sucks for the city, but I know a dozen or so people from sacramento, and they care about the kings and UCLA/USC.

The Sacramento DMA is a top 20 US market area with over 4 Million people and at least 1.5MM TV households. Read a couple of the previous posts regarding market value and how its determined...I'd explain further but I've got a flight to Montana to catch...
I agree with this...and I know how it works, no need to talk down to me. My point is nobody cares. The word POTENTIAL is nothing without actual viewership. I think it's stupid, as i mentioned in another post, but its just facts. The truth is what does the PAC/MWC want and need. They need good product first and foremost. It's why the MT and DAK schools would be appealing to the MWC.
If it's just potential viewers, obviously Sac St, N. Colorado, Davis, Weber are much better options. This is the dilemma I was trying to emphasize.
If you want my opinion (likely not), I think the PAC should take UNLV, Texas State or UTSA, Memphis, and Tulane. AFA will go the the AAC. The MWC should take the Dakota states, the montana schools, and Davis or Sac.

Update—My crack production team is doing some conceptual work on ‘bracketed programming’ for the Important Sacramento market involving a spinoff prison reality series located in the Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF) in Chowchilla, CA.

Working title is, Chowchilla: Who You Calling a Bitch, Bitch?

The idea is leading in with CAL—LOCKUP followed by spirited Handball Alliance matches and then followed by Chowchilla: Who You Calling a Bitch, Bitch?

The early numbers are very promising with the all important 18-49 year old droolers and dullards demographic. Which, as you know, makes up 67.3% of the Sacramento market. Update to follow.

I guarantee more of MT's million actually tune into UM and cat football games than suckmetro's 2.5 million do for your team...

I don't like the idea, I LOVE it. If we can corner the Sacramento market, the sky is the limit. Plus, with the NYC Metro market cornered with the Sitting-on-a-bench-in-Central Park League, we will be selling more ads than Carter has pills. IDK about you, but I'm thinking of a second home in either Montecito or Martinique. The Gulfstream G-800 is a given.

IF the MWC comes a'callin with a deal that 'can't be refused,' what I see is a 'luggage' problem. The MWC could say, "We want you, but we don't have room for your luggage." 'Luggage? WTF is this luggage you speak of?' In Montana's case, it's the scats. Vice versa in Bozo. Some posters think Idaho should be in the mix. That's way beyond Montana's(the State)control. The BOR seems to have gotten in the way of the Griz moving up long ago by tying the scat Albatross around the Griz' neck. Never under-estimate those clowns ability to f'up a wet dream. In their view, the Griz and scats are conjoined twins one set of vital organs. Both or nothing. Leaving one or the other out would tear this state apart.

My cousin ate his twin in utero. I don't hang out with him much.

Probably what will happen the Dakota's to MWC.Montana Griz and🐱 to the MWC.Sac and Davis they are gonna fight it out for the new who cares conference along with Portland and EW. In others words Sac will be left holding their hand on their butt wondering if they should just disolve the football program all together.Which they should. They could have a market of 40 million viewers but they have crap facilities and a bottom end program.Nobody wants anything to do with them. They are trying to buy their way somewhere.Typical California move.I mean if you do not have what it takes to play well in the FCS lets just see if we can buy our way to a California pipe dream.

We had an early morning zoom call with some associates on the east coast. They love the idea of the SOABCP League and told me that we would have no union problems in the tri-state area.

They offered some suggestions for lead in programming:

How You Doin?
This is a reality based dating show that matches mismatched couples from different boroughs.

What Are You Gonna Do? Forgetaboutit!
This is a heath and mindfulness program where Mediterranean looking people are shown in high resolution slow motion flipping pizza dough. Think of the Yule Log meets Calm with flour. Researchers tell me it will put viewers in just the right mindset for the exhilaration of the SOABCP League.

Did You F#€$ My Wife, Joey?
Think Jerry Springer but with more paternity and lie detector tests.

These friends of ours say this is going to be big and suggested that instead of looking for a house on an island that you start looking for your own island to purchase.

I mostly want Sac to move up to FBS for the blueblood meltdown. Too bad the BSC can't start a new FBS conference. Portland State, EWU, and UNC have to stay home though.
Seems like a boatload of money wasted to change the perception that nobody in the area GAF when in reality nobody does.
