Okay, where was Choate standing when he called TO? Did he run there, or was he standing there? Which ref called TO and when? Which refs signaled a TD, and which others, if any, were signally TO?
Why did Missoula reporter Speltz say both side judges called TD?
Why did Hauck say that "apparently" MSU called a TO?
Where is the video on this play? Why is everyone, especially Cats, afraid to post it?
If there are no unanswered questions, please answer these.
Choate was standing on the MSU sideline about five yards from the official. He walked swiftly, broke into a 1/2 speed run before getting the officials attention. The official (head linesman or linesman) looking down the line of scrimmage on the MSU side of the field made the initial timeout signal and blew his whistle first. All the other officials visible on the replay all signaled to stop the play clock and blow the play dead.
There is only one side judge. He works downfield behind the defensive secondary and will typically leave the TD call on a run play to the head linesman and line judge, who line up on opposite side of the LOS.
Because he wasn’t sure at the time if they actually did and he was probably still processing what just happened. Everyone was.
The game replay can be seen periodically on Big Sky Network via Pluto. Check your local listing. On it you can see every visible official (about 5) signaling timeout.
Hahahahahahahahahahaha.... thanks Get - but what about Speltz and Hauck? Why aren't you addressing their comments. Smoking guns.

Watched the re-play of the game twice on Pluto. Pretty obvious several refs signalling timeout. Nice try on the deflection. It's not cat fans who are questioning the end of the game. If you are questioning it, then you should post the video to validate your claim. It would end this thread very quickly.PlayerRep said:ABQCat said:The singular most stunning little brother thread from you dumbshits ever. Even grizz homer Kyle Sample thinks PR is an idiot. Wow.
Actually, no. Kyle and I are good friends. He wrote a terrific article on me for the MT Indian Athletic Hall of Fame.
I am the least Griz homer on egriz. Guess you don't recall that I have been saying positive things about the Cats and Choate for the past couple years.
Of course, we know that you are one of the biggest idiots on egriz.
Question for you. Why are Cat posters so reluctant to post video of the play in question?

I didn't say I JUST looked at the play on Pluto. I said I've watched a re-play of the game twice on Pluto. It's not my job to disprove your claim. You made it, you prove it.PlayerRep said:hokeyfine said:Watched the re-play of the game twice on Pluto. Pretty obvious several refs signalling timeout. Nice try on the deflection. No deflection. I have never made a claim, except that I wondered what Choate did and whether it fit within the rule. Have been trying to get the video posted since day 1. Said it would explain/verify a lot. Just trying to goose someone, like a Cat, to post the video. For all to see an analyze. I don't have the game recorded. I see no reason that every interested person should have to track down the game and sort through to the play. I am not good with technology either. I can't even post a photo.
You just looked at the play on Pluto. And then posted. Why didn't you copy and post the video?
You and others have "claimed" that multiple refs signaled TO. Why don't you back up your "claims" with the video?

Nope, not my job to refute your bias. Never said multiple refs signaled TD.PlayerRep said:hokeyfine said:I didn't say I JUST looked at the play on Pluto. No, I made no claim. You claimed you watched it twice and say multiple refs signaled TD. You are the one who needs to prove your "claim". Do your "job". Ha.
