Right. I wouldn't use that term, but Stitt
did use it, and I think that's what people are responding to in this thread. I assume Stitt meant confidence more than conceit.
Speaking of Bobby, I definitely don't think a
coach should have "swagger." Stitt sure as hell doesn't demonstrate that. Bobby was cocky, maybe even a tad arrogant, but what the hell, he recruited Trumaine Johnson, so he had that going for him. :|
