Swagger under Stitt

How do you think Stitt handles this? Will he send a message or focus on the short term?

Well, I'm pretty sure he'd start by posting in one of the existing 36 threads on the topic. But then, he's not an ndsu grad and therefore has at least an average level of intelligence.

When Stitt had his one on one meeting with each player on the team those two slept through it. Top men in the army on guard duty can end up dead falling asleep and get the entire unit killed.

Time to stay awake boys! This ain't the army but it is a serious group of young men you are involved with not counting the 500,000 people rooting for you!

anybody know what the charges are? I read someplace that Gamboa just pissed in the bushes, but that could be complete BS.

That would be a rough way to get collared. I heard about a guy who pissed in the bushes on a golf course. The golf course bordered a school. Apparently, someone at the school saw him peeing and called the cops. Dude now has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Apparently Kose and Gamboa already think they are above the law...

The gall!
Who do they think they are, Hillary Clinton? :ugeek:
If they were that fat dyke, several of you would be dead already. I've seen the illegal emails

Good post, I grew up watching BH teams and definitely miss the attitude that they played with. MD schematically could have been an alright coach, but he didn't install the ass kicking attitude that BH did (among a few other things).

Stitt himself does seem to have a bit of an attitude about him, in a good way. I think that big plays downfield to EH and other big play guys will set the tone for this team, as opposed to simply running between the tackles like BH did. I do really hope Ty steps up the defense this year, as much as GrizNation loves him....he needs to do better.

In a conference with only 2 teams that field a defense...we could have the swagger on offense by the end of the year.

The Griz D last year was first place in the big sky in scoring defense by a wide margin and within just a few yards of first place in total defense. This was despite an anemic offense that constantly put the D in bad positions. But lets not let facts get in the way of your agenda.

Forget the swagger, fellas. Win football games, beat North Dakota State and confidence will develop. Confidence develops by beating the best. That happens to be North Dakota State.

First place in the big sky means nothing, nobody fields a defense. Cal Poly torched us, NDSU put up something like 300 yards on the ground. We are WEAK between the 20s. We manhandle the bottom tier teams of the Big Sky to pad our stats, means nothing on any national scale.

Wait.. this wasn't a thread about Swogger under Stitt? That seems like a much better topic of discussion.

EVERY team pads their stats manhandling the bottom tier teams in their respective conferences. And hey, first place in the BSC for defense, guess we can say we were the "cream of the crap", huh?

I'll just repost some facts posted by Azgrizfan in another thread. They don't seem to line up with your comments. Seems the griz D did pretty well against out of conference teams, especially NDSU.

MSU: Averaged 38.2 PPG. Scored 7
EWU: Averaged 44.1 PPG. Scored 37 & 36
Sac St: Averaged 38.1. Scored 13
NDSU: Averaged 32.9. Scored 22 (The same guys who put up 34 on a Big 10 school and scored 38,27,39,35 and 29 in their playoff run)
SUU: Averaged 23.7. Scored 17
Wyoming: Averaged 23.5 (Against MWC foes). Scored 17
San Diego: Averaged 26.1. Scored 14
South Dakota: Averaged 19.4 against MFVC. Scored 20

Not in the mvfc. No really weak teams imho. Also, NDSU does not pad stats. Watch them at the end of a blow out. They run the ball up the gut.

Oh please. Everyone thinks their conference doesn't have any weak teams. There's plenty of shitty doormats in the mvfc just like there is in the bsc. Can anyone beat anyone on a given day? Of course. But there's shitty teams in every conference.

No kidding. You'd think handling all comers from other conferences the last four years and a few FBS ones would be enough for these schmucks, but they still need to resort to the "our conference so stronk" bullshit.
