EDIT: Hold up. Wiki says Denise was a QB at MSU from 1966-1968. I get that some things can be lost with the passage of time when they were originally written by quill and ink, but something seems fishy with this four straight wins against UM business.

Rovig redshirts his first year, limited playing time as a RS freshman, and then goes 9-3 as a starter with a Brawl and two playoff wins in his RS sophomore year. So, I ask you this, dear illustrious egriz poster: what exactly in Rovig’s trajectory leads you to believe Choate can’t develop a QB? Does Casey Bauman performance as a RS freshman write the full script of his career? Do you realize that the same QB beat UM in back to back years (2016 and 17), so the idea that Choate hasn't ever returned a QB is false? Are you saying it was a bad move for Choate to bring in Matt McKay? Speak your wisdom please.

I know you weren’t asking me anything, but holy shit, I remember all of those names, and how each was going to be the answer for MSU.
This post invalidates eGriz attitudes toward the Cats. C'mon Grizzzers, that's the reality, say whatever you want re: Choate. When the Griz start to produce, THEN claim some kind of superiority.
