Well I guess we’re both right then! If we’re only going to use half the schedule to prove our point, (using last years results) we also play 7-1 Weber, 6-2 Eastern and 6-2 Griz. That my friend is not very favorable.kemajic said:

Why are some of you still fighting about SOS? The Big Sky unbalanced scheduling sucks at the best of times and this ain't the best of times. Yes MSU has a tough schedule, but them's the breaks.
IF we actually get to play football games in the spring, and IF there is an actual playoff, I just don't see how the Sky is going to fairly determine a conference champion. What a freaking mess. I know the boys want to play (and Lord have mercy do I want to see some games) but it just seems like it's going to be a nightmare.

As many of you have seen the schedule from the Big Sky Conference was released today. We are excited to be back this spring! As we navigate new territory you can imagine a spring season is going to look different.
Currently we are working through a lot of unknowns. What we can tell you is that the spring football season will be sold completely separately on a single game basis. At this time we are unsure of the amount of fans that are going to be let in and how the process of having fans is going to work. Please be patient with us as we work with health officials, Missoula County and the Big Sky Conference.
As we look further ahead to the fall of 2021 we do anticipate things will go back to normal and your season tickets, seats, parking, etc. will look as it did in 2019. If you chose to defer your payment that will go towards fall of 2021 when we have a full schedule.
We will continue to keep everyone in the loop (via email) as we know more and the season draws near. We anxiously await the day we can all be together again in Washington-Grizzly Stadium.

I'll go as far as asserting pre season spring 'state champs'. The rest is TBD. A few teams may go 6-0, including NAU. Second year coach and he's very good imo. I wasn't disappointed in McKay in the spring game. Not saying he hit a home run either. Tough to make heads or tails out if that day imo, other than it was fun to watch as a Cat fan.
