wow. so since i am honest with myself and admit i don't actually know what happened that makes me some kind of twisted jerk? i've always agreed with the verdict, based on what i read about the case, but that doesn't mean i know what truly happened. which is exactly where everyone else is with it. yet by stating that a lot of you come to the conclusion that i think i know what happened. that isn't rose-colored thinking that's just being a slut for your favorite team.
i take a neutral and open stand on what really happened and agree with the verdict, but some of you are so simple minded that it bothers you to a point that you have to resort to name calling. that is so blatantly feeble minded that i wonder how you can look at yourselves in the mirror. it's one thing to agree with a verdict, but quite another to think verdicts always equate to the truth. what makes it worse is that some of you are doing that selectively just because the player in question wears a griz football uniform.[/quote]

"people try to credit him for bringing in j.j. lost in j.j.'s not guilty verdict is the fact that at best he made a really poor decision to take advantage of a girl that he had known for at least a year and appeared to want a serious relationship with him. despite that he used her for sex. at best, because no one knows what really happened that night. the b.m.o.c. and he had to resort to that to get laid. a real quality recruit."

Seriously, you stated you don't know what actually happened but also say he took advantage of a girl he used for sex and resorted to that to get laid. Sure sounds like you are implying you know what really happened to me because if you did not then why would you suggest he took advantage of a girl and used her for sex when it could very well have been consensual. Maybe they both used each other for sex. Maybe she pulled the rape card after she realized it was nothing more than a one night stand.
People hook up with others they have known for a while all the time and then never have the same friendship they did prior. Maybe the only two people that know what transpired are the two that were present so for you to state you don't know what really happened while also saying that the accused took advantage and used the alleged victim makes you look like a judgmental fool. Yeah right, it sounds like you agree with the verdict if you think he took advantage of the girl and used her for sex.
You are entitled to your own opinion, however, if you want anyone to respect it you should try not to contradict yourself so much. And none of us are defending the former Griz player that was actually found guilty of this serious crime even though he wore a Griz uniform so your theory holds no credibility there.
