Additionally their recruiting rules are much more lax meaning they don't have the same rigid contact limitations we would. Those that badmouth NAIA and the Frontier Conference, and specifically MVD and Carroll should have those same concerns or greater with Coach Leipold.
I agree. Huge difference in Div.III and FCS football.

Wisconsin Whitewater would beat half the teams in the BSC!

I thought they played with 11 players just like we do, football is football you either know it or you are like most people on eGriz. If you can coach you can coach they no nothing different at DIII than they do at NAIA or FBS.

Yeah he only won a National Championship with the Griz as the "OC" ask anyone that played in 95 and 96. He had an 11 year career in the NFL and has been around a lot of other big programs, he is too experienced to come to Montana..........in theoryhokeyfine said:Wouldnt a knock on pease is that he's been a good position coach but not much success as an oc?

I think he would be a great choice too but would need to bring some experienced ncaa div II or I coaches. I also would hope he (or any of the candidates) would keep our current recruiting coordinator, Justin Green. That would be great by me.
