You have no clude what "Bobby's Offense" is this year. And this will be a top 3 OL in the Big Sky this year IMO. Everybody returns including two All-Americans AND great depth. The haters will hate though .... they live for it.

Gilman barring injury will rush for 1000 yards this year.

I've watched bobbys offense for 20 years and have always disliked it. I know exactly what his offense will be. I'm trying to be optimistic of change with Pease as new OC but I'm really not. I couldn't see any difference between Phenocies offense and Rosys except Phenocie had some decent linemen most years. Bobby is somewhat of a dictator.

Bobby has strong ideas but is not a dictator. Most egriz posters know and can predict the offense and plays. It’s either run or pass. Successful plays, whether run or pass, are good calls. Unsuccessful plays are bad calls.

Ya, watching Chase Reynolds and Lex Hilliard churn out yards and TD’s was such a dismal offense. I was so glad when he moved on last time.

the pass to Junior in the last decent cat game surprised me. but for the most part bobbys offense is like night following day. No surprises.

Bobby has absolutely nothing to do with the offense. Barely even goes to those meetings. Which is why Rosey’s offense was so much different then Phen’s. Pease will be able to do whatever he wants

I do respect your insights but I do disagree about Phenocie and Rosy offenses being different. Perhaps I'll be surprised with Pease, I hope so. Time will tell.
Its also very nice to disagree and provide insights without personal attacks and name calling which is the norm on this site.

"Bobby's offense" has NOT even been the same his entire tenure here. It has evolved, for better or worse - and this year will change again.

Fact that Pease was maybe the most coveted OC in ‘12 with Saban of Alabama and Muschamp of Florida both fighting for him. What FBS bridges did he burn? The same coach, Guy Morriss, hired him at Kentucky and Baylor and then had high praise for him when he was hired at Florida. He got 2 years at Florida winning 11 games with a Fr QB his first year. The 2nd year he lost his QB for the year 3 weeks in, lost his starting RB, his top WR, three offensive tackles, and his 2nd string QB to injuries throughout the rest of the year, all while being forced by Muschamp to run a ground and pound offense that made games very close and left little margin for error. Muschamp was forced to make a scapegoat of someone and unfortunately Pease was the guy. For what it’s worth Muschamp was fired the next season for a 2nd consecutive non-winning season and being the head coach that ran Floridas storied program into the ground. Also, from what posters who attend practices now a days have said, Pease has calmed down a lot. A lot of posters remember him being a d I c k back in the day but no one seems to have witnessed it recently and posters who have talked to players say he’s not as bad as he used to be.

I agree its designed for programs that can't get top talent. The Griz will never have a offensive line dominant enough to win big games with Bobby's offense. I believe your comment is insightful but its easier to get one outstanding player than it is to get 5.
