Never to Early 2023 Poll - Griz #9

I like this team a lot I think they make it to at least the semi's. Brought some good talent in the portal and Recruiting. I think the lack of kids leaving in the portal says that they like the staff better then some egriz posters. Ndsu, sac st, and weber will fall off this next season. Griz should finish no worse then Second in conference. (idaho game will be for second in conference) I'm hoping for a few changes in the staff and tweaks to playcalling.
Many of you will say i'm crazy , however I don't think the team or staff is bad and if they take care of business in conference and get a few home playoff games they can make it to the semi finals (probably in bozeman).
You're giving MSU too much credit; they take another step back this year.

Maybe, Thing is I think a lot of Bigsky teams will take a step back. I could not wait to watch the cats vs hornets next year however now with all the departures and coaching changes not as good of a game. Still think cats conference to lose Griz and Idaho after that and rest of the conference is a crapshoot.

Cats will definitely have a better team this year. Schedule super tough on the road so we’ll see what the overall record is but I’d b shocked if Cats aren’t seeded again heading into the playoffs.

This is wishful thinking.

MSU lost very little and their starting lineups were littered with sophomores. They're on the ascent, not the descent.

Cats vs SDSU for the title next year.

Totally disagree. The Bobs will be plagued by injuries and will not have a winning record on the road. They will not have a talented team. A complete trash bag.

You disagree that they lost very few players and were very young?

You can predict a different outcome, but there's no disagreeing with the facts of the roster. They were very young last year and lost very little.

No, they lost more than you realize and were actually a bit older in terms of football years.

It’ll be a tall order for the Bobcats to make the playoffs. They won’t have the pieces in place to make any kind of run. The doping scandals, the suspensions, some unforeseen (to most) things when the other shoe drops. It will be a rough year for Bozeman State.

Your offense will be good, but what about your defense? I thought it was very subpar last year and nearly lost you guys a couple games. Now you lose Callahan O'Riley, Jeffrey Manning, Ty Okada, and James Campbell. And Vigen seems quite reluctant to bring in transfers unless they're receivers. As you saw, your offense wasn't able to bail you out against SDSU. What're you gonna do if they find themselves in that situation again?

They lost more than I realize? It's public record.

See, that’s where I disagree. I feel like the Bobcats lost a lot of their heart and soul. Their Vim. And Vim, my friend, doesn’t grow in vitamin stores.

What bubcat home game are you guys most excited for?

I got that Stetson game circled.

You guys are always saying the bubcat marketing team is so smart.

I bet there will be foam Stetsons for everyone!

The Cat's biggest loss was their kicker. I get it. You like Hoops like kickers and punters.

I got bored and ran a quick analysis (proprietary) on the Knobcat schedule for next season, partly because I couldn't believe they were playing Stetson.

Utah Tech: W
@SoDakSt: L
Stetson: W
@Weber: L
PSU: W
Poly: W
@SAC: L
@Idaho: L
NAU: W
EWU: L
UM: L

5-6 (3-5). VI gets an extension and a statue. Book it.

:lol: :lol: :lol: They're not losing to EWU. They go 6-5, 4-4 and look for that last seat at the playoff table.
