MSU's Indoor Practice Facility

Off season is incredible. Made our way to indoor-practice-facility smack talk. :thumb:

Was thinking the same. Almost incredible really. I think both teams will have a warm, comfortable, indoor environment to practice in late in the year for playoff runs or early spring and it will be an advantage to both. As long as it has turf, heat, a roof, and space, then it will be a great facility.

Is this what the bubs are bragging about?

Was it designed by Wiley E. Coyote?

Why does the track dead-end into a wall?

Please tell me ours will not look this stupid?
Is mid field the 40 yard line?

The fine print in the contract must have stipulated that the contactee, MSdUi, opts for a 20% off the contracted price, in exchange for 20% less field. Hence, mid-field would be the 40 yard line. This little gem was probably schemed up by the same people who came up with the 'Due Process' explanation in the Garza/Housewright/Mix/Vigen/Costello/Cruzado coverup, er...policy. :thumb:

300 meters is the standard indoor track size these days

The universities which have built an indoor football facility, which also houses a track, all have typically been 80 yards, because you can’t fit a 100 yard football field (120 with end zones) inside that standard indoor track size .

Has nothing to do with that.

Standard indoor track size is 300 meters. You can only fit an 80 yard football field inside of it.

And yet some over here will maintain that a collapsable bubble dome is still the way to go, even tho most of the fcs and fbs programs who take their football serious would disagree.

Good God, can MSU stop it with the creepy renderings? We had the old men in the bathhouse leering at the women. Now we have this thing with a creep photog taking covert pics of women in a huddle, which coincidentally is taking place during FB AND track practice before a capacity crowd of 200? At least Sixx is telling the creeper to GTFO, but seriously, figure it out.

I know without an actual special teams coach this sounds ridiculous but imagine if MSdUi happened to get a kickoff return or long punt return and after 80 yards, the kid starts celebrating early and lets go of the ball before crossing the goal line.

“But Coach, I did it exactly how we practiced?!?”

This simply cannot be coincidental. Someone there has some voyeurism issues.

So, MSdUi is building an indoor track and field facility that the football team, Marching Band, Rodeo Team, and whoever the hell else can kinda use it, right? Canvas still makes it a military grade TENT. M*A*S*H 59717!

So, it's basically at larger version of the tent MSU plays tennis in? #GlampTrampWaded

There's also a random Tom Dempsey-looking kicker warming up outside the right hash. They have to work on their renderings. Nothing will ever top the old dude watching the woman with his hands underwater, but this is just poor quality all around. It's very on-brand for MSU.

Yep, sad but true and funny.
Why does your team always try to cut corners? The lil bro way?
Why doesn’t your team have a special teams coach? Just seems dumb and cheap

Costs a lot of money to interview and offer six coaches before you find one willing to take the gig. Have to cut somewhere to make ends meet, Garriz.

Which school should be cutting corners?

I absolutely love that UM raised money for that and saved the Montana tax payers $900,000. I'm sure the Regents do as well, which is why waded felt the need to contribute, to try to get back into their good graces. What with the hiring of troubled coaches, the buried criminal charges, the DOE investigation... I mean, she doesn't have much good going on right now.
