What should be added/included in this threat title is ...NATIONAL CHAMPS: Sam Houston St.

Sam Houston is the best team in the country. NDSU is the second best.

msu is NOWHERE near the caliber of those teams...as we've all said all year :!: It was proven on the field.

UM has a long way to go to compete with those 2 top teams as well.

The Cats didn't have a good season, they had a GREAT SEASON, and any Griz fan who doesn't admit that is just being stubborn because they hate all things MSU and they are doing the same thing they complain that Cat posters come on here and do.

BUT...Bigsky33, you're still trying to argue that the Cats played SHSU tough? Give that one up buddy. It doesn't even fly on Bobcat Nation. Of the three games SHSU played against the Big Sky in the playoffs, the only blowout was against MSU. Deal with it...Why not celebrate all the great things your team did this year than try and convince a rival fan base that you the Cats didn't get smoked in ONE game this season when even most of your fanbase will agree that they indeed did get smoked.

I would agree that the Cats only lost 1 game and it was against SHSU. The EWU loss was embarrassing because that game was in hand until the 2 plays swung to score their way. Which makes the point. Against Sammy we left 2 TDs on the field that would have made the game an entirely different one. It didn't go that way, and the score reflects that. It is likely that Sammy is the NC, which ain't bad for MSU and its only loss.

Also, thinking that MSU was up only because UM was politically sidelined this year is a sad case of denial.

SHSU left two touchdowns on the field to so that washes out yor two , final score same margin !

Actually that was/is my point! The game is never as simple as points on a board but has tons to do with momentum swings and how a team responds both with it and against it. Had the Cats scored, would they have won? Maybe not, maybe yes. To say they were a horribly outclassed group that day is juvenile and pouty!

My point was you held the kats to two fgs that easily could have been tds. If they score tds that score could have gotten real ugly for the cats! Hell in2010 the griz left three tds on the field , now that would have changed the outcome of the game! In 2012 the griz left 10 points on the field, now that would have changed the game ! Now most cat fans claim they shouldn't have lost to EWU because they dominated the stats , but yet lost the game , but yet in reality the better team won!

It's just good that after the loss to SHSU last year, the Cats coaching staff decided to study Bearcat film throughout the summer, they were determined that they were not going to suffer another humiliating defeat at the hands of SHSU in the 2012 postseason. Well, the Cat's made it into the playoffs, played SHSU, and can you imagine the score if the Cat's coaches hadn't had the foresight to spend the summer studying Bearcat film. Just want to give hearty :thumb: for their effort!
