Of course, I hope he leaves Missoula with a disappointing loss, just like Tony Romo did, but that's another matter.

Excited to watch Adams play? I know he's a very good player, but I certainly wouldn't say I'm excited to see him play. I'm looking forward to seeing if the Griz can stop him, take him down a few times, and force him to make him make mistakes.

AlphaGriz1 will be in the north endzone and will measure the decibels and report it back here after the game.

Question for Alpha, or anyone with knowledge of how this works. Would the decibel reading be higher in the stands of the north endzone (where I presume Alpha will be) or down on the field where the noise is directed at?

Down on the field "could" be optimal since the stadium more or less focuses and funnels sound directed in that direction. It would also depend on being in a spot that wasn't nulled out or dead. Frequencies can be very hard to deal with when you get reflections off concrete at different distances.

Not saying there couldn't be a spot in the stands as loud as on the field but if I had to bet money on it I would go with a centered spot on the goal line in the NEZ.

My bet is that Adams won't get rattled... he won't be "in awe" by the stadium or the noise. Im not saying the crowd won't play a part, there may be a couple false starts or something, but I've watched Adams enough, and he along with rest of the Eagles have been in enough BIG GAMES lately that they're not going to piss down their legs like most teams do when they come in there. McGhee and Adams are winners. They don't get nervous or scared... they just go in and play football.

I'd agree with that entirely. Playing @OSU, @Toledo, & @SHSU has this EWU team road-tested for sure.

And EWU failed the SHSU test.

VA didn't. He threw for 355 yards and two TD's. Plus I think most would agree SHSU is considerably better than UM.

Dude, you really need to accept the fact that MOST Griz fans don't care about UM/MSU rivalry 365 days a year/7 days a week/ and 24 hours a day like you do. We're playing Eastern Washington this week. The Cat game isn't until Nov. 23. Relax, enjoy the UC Davis game and the Cats' huge game in Cheney. MSU is having another great season. Wjat's wrong with enjoying that? I was in the NEZ, so I'm not sure. Probably just that EWU fans don't like to play with balls as much as Griz fans do.
