JJ Charged With Rape

I have been a long time reader on here, never posted on here but after today I can't hold back. For all you idiots out there this is a horrible thing, if you don't think so wake up. I don't feel bad for Johnson because he did this to himself and I don't feel bad for the victim because she probably put herself in this spot. However, I want to say this before I blast away on a few of you assholes. I have extremely good friends that are griz fans and I respect a lot if griz fans that post on here. Having said that the following POSs should crawl in a hole and due: Bear Axed, Tokoyo Griz, Hammer, and Blgs Griz Fan. You assholes are not only a disgrace to the institution you so call support, but you all are a disgrace to your families and this great state. Grow up you immature pukes!
 
Didn't the chick say she'd press charges if JJ didn't leave? And people on here posted JJ was still in Missoula?
 
WOW, I guess the only way to understand that kind of thinking, is to have lived it. I just find it astonishing, a woman would not try to get her roommates attention, then spend more time alone with the accused.

Regardless of outcome, both are guilty of irresponsibility.

I pray to GOD, both legal teams will find the middle ground in this, and both parties move on with their lives the best they can.

In the terms of your two points;

1. The affadavit states she "shut down" during the act in fear of further harm.

2. We've seen/read that her action of driving him home is consistent with other rape victims.

So considering that info it falls in line with other cases and outcomes.

Falling in line or not, in court you're innocent until proven guilty and right now the evidence is word against word. When she was checked the following day there was nothing substantial stated in the document that wouldn't also occur in a consensual setting. I hope justice, whatever way it falls, is served, however I don't know what evidence besides accounts would warrant potentially putting one in prison for a significant amount of time. Best to everyone involved. This is going to be ugly and it's unfortunate it happened for these young adults.
 
Holy shit...I just read that affidavit and realized I know one of those witnesses. Weird.

This whole situation just sucks. I want to feel bad for JJ, but I really don't. I know I should probably wait until all the facts are out, but this whole things just seems wrong.

What they found the next day when she was checked doesn't sound too good for him.

"The people Jane Doe disclosed the incident to described her emotional state as unlike her usual demeanor. She has sought counseling and has shown signs of depression, panic, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder consistent with Rape Trauma Syndrome."

Especially the marks on her chest and tenderness to the side of her head. That's fairly consistent with her story. I'm sure more will come out in trial though, and he of course is innocent until proven guilty.

It is what it is, Two families lives have been changed forever. if you are a parent or child, I hope you never have to be on either side of this. Let's give it a rest and focus on other things. Griz fans can go give their best to Tru and Cat fans to Elvis,trash Monte or Champ, or talk color of uniforms. Channel your engeries to productive things. There is nothing to come from the banter and speculation on this board. Make the state of Montana proud.
