"Jordy, I would do you anytime."

"Omg...I think I might have just gotten raped."

AS long as you are quoting from testimony, you forgot 3 words...

"NO NOT TONIGHT"......

Then later "no".....in baby talk. While looking over her shoulder saying "you're bad". :thumb:

ONE "No" should have been enough.... but reading some of the comments and understanding the intellect on this board, I understand that once is not enough for most of you....

A "no" early in the process can be trumped by the further actions to encourage and assist with the sex. Later actions also throw into question whether a "no" or a meanining "no" was ever said. If an accused doesn't reasonably know an accuser doesn't want to have sex, then that is not rape.

I lost some respect for jj during this whole thing but to call him a dirt bag is wrong. As many have pointed out there are tons of 18 to 20yr old boys all looking to hook up and many don't call the next day or think it is that big of deal. Do I agree hell no and i have stressed to my son not to be a "douchebag" when he gets to the dating age. He is only ten yet his two older sisters life experiences have forced my wife and I to discuss things we thought we not have to at a young age. Sadly JJ is probably the norm and that it is why my daughter has been talked to over and over and I can only hope she stays safe and stays alert.

(in my best Bill Clinton voice) "I Guess it depends on what your definition of IS ..is"....

"No sir, I did not REASONABLY know that she did not want to have sex.. Did I kind of know that she did not want sex?? ... Sure... but I did not REASONABLY know"......

WOW - talk about your "douchbaggery"..... Thanks for the laugh PR....

My current girlfriend said no.. Funny since she wanted it then and still does. If every guy stopped when a 20kid y.o. girl said "no" then every guy would be a virgin in this generation. Time to get with the times or gtfo of the way. :o You'd probably be disgusted at girls "control" fantasies and how much they love getting choked etc.. Im gonna assume your daughter is a freak

Unless my memory has slipped a cog after too many Evan Williams - and I'm sure there'll be no lack of egrizers to tell me so - in all of the pre-trial JJ quotes one snippet stuck to my mind like a burr on a dog's back. That being "...I'm not a good person..." Seem to recall I read it twice thinking it a strange comment and with no following explanation. If true, what's that all about? If I were a patient person I would wade through all of the verbage looking for it. But I'm not.

I lost respect for him because he is the starting QB and he went for Bdot, Tru and a few others leftovers. But I remember being a horny college student. I've grown up since then and am now a horny young professional.

The "hook up" scene is real. but that doesn't mean that all or even most students are involved. Far more are much more interested in their education and futures. The generalization that all or even most are "that way" is disturbing.

As far as JJ goes he apparently learned the difference between those girls who do and those who don't and apparently NOBODY ever taught him that even if she is easy, the second you treat her like a whore, your world will turn upside down. 45 seconds is all it takes.

Have you been on a college campus in the last 60 years??

And give me a break with the rest of that shit, tnt. You could just as easily say, "If that girl hadn't treated JJ like a piece of meat, her life wouldn't be turned upside down". You're just so damn one-sided that it's impossible to take you seriously.

……….in hundreds of pages of posts related to the JJ incident this is best response I have seen.

on the flip side, at least she personally upgraded from thugs to dirtbags.

I finally read through the twitter feed tonight of all the testimony. I don't think Jordan Johnson is guilty of rape, but he is guilty of being an absolute dirt bag.

I was holding out hope that he was the victim of circumstance, of UM wanting to desperately prove the NCAA and the rest of the world that it was tough on sex crimes. I was hoping he'd come through this with class, be proven innocent beyond a reasonable doubt, and have the Griz back on top of the Big Sky next year.

Now I find my self disgusted by the young man. Not the accusations, but by his own testimony. I couldn't cheer for this kid and still look myself in the mirror at the end of the night, much less take my kids to cheer him on.

I absolutely love cheering for the Griz, but if he finds his way back onto the roster I will not be renewing my season tickets. It's going to kill me, but I just can't do it. It's a matter of basic principle. When my kids ask me why we're not going, I'll tell them why.

Hopefully in 20 years they can remember that lesson...

This kid basically led this girl on for over a year. Texting back and forth. Getting rides home from her after he was drinking. Then finally sleeping with her for what I'm sure were 45 of the best seconds of her life. Then after she chauffeured this dirt bag to and from her house, he shuns her because he's worried about another girl he really likes finding out.

This is high-moral character?

Sorry Phlu -- If this were your daughter I think you'd be whistling a different tune.

Jordan Johnson knew this girl liked him, but didn't have the balls and/or decency to say at some point during their year long text exchanges that he had met someone else. He was even to chicken shit to just not return her texts.

No he kept right on texting her. Kept asking for rides when he'd had a few beers. Then sleeps with her. AFTER HE ALREADY KNOWS HE HAS NO INTEREST IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH HER WHATSOEVER.

By the way I'm sure the girl he really liked was super flattered too.

Wow he likes me! He really likes me! I'm mean he still sleeps with another girl even after I drove all the way to Oregon to see him over the break, but at least he won't call the girl he used for rides and sex afterwards. Plus he'll lie to me about it -- I'm such a lucky girl to have a great guy like Jordan Johnson actually like me!

Sorry Jordan -- You're high school teacher and coach was apparently a great guy. He sure seemed to think your dad was a great guy. The team chaplain was a great guy. And it's just great they are all willing to tell everyone what a great guy you are, but you know what Jordan?

You've made them look like fools because you're not a great guy Jordan.

You're a dirt bag.

I still don't think you're a rapist, but you sure are a dirt bag.

For what it's worth, I think that girl you used was humiliated was crushed when she realized how little she meant to you. I think she was emotional after you broke her heart and the whole thing snowballed once it got going...

After a year of exchanging texts, of casual dating, and all those rides after you had been drinking; she probably believed you actually cared about her. I'll bet that night she thought, well besides "that was quick", I'll bet she thought that night was the beginning of the relationship she had been hoping for more than year.

NEWS FLASH: "No condom, no problem" is not something girls say to guys they don't want to have a serious relationship with.

And then you didn't even call her the next day? After exchanging texts for more than a year and asking her for rides all those times, you don't call her back ever?

Is it really surprising she thought she was raped? What else could make sense to a girl whose heart has just been crushed by you treating her the way you did after all she had done for you?

Common decency could have saved you a lot of trouble Jordan.

Instead of being man enough to be honest with her, you basically treated her like a box of kleenex and a bottle of lotion. You used her to get off and threw her away after you were finished.

Oh and you had her drive you home.

I'm sure you didn't cough up any gas money either, so technically I guess that means you actually treated her worse than a box of kleenex and a bottle of lotion.

Dirt. Bag.

Like they say kid, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". I guess you've learned that lesson in spades.

I just have one question? Were those 45 seconds worth it? For the impact they had on that young girls life? For the affects they've had the careers of Phlu and O'Day? For the impact they had on your team this year as they struggled to replace you at QB? For the impact on UM and its reputation? For impact on on UM Alumni?

Where those 45 seconds worth it?

I hope so.
Just curious...did you look at yourself in the mirror before posting this???

I like Johnson, reminds me of me. I also did what he did but without all the fan fare, trial etc.

Sure as one looks back one should have snuggled and hugged for a period after the 45 second ride. But he did not! That was Johnsons only major mistake in my opinion. Of course liking the other girl far more than the little slut he rode that night was simply a fact...... he could not help. From all that is known about this accuser, she was a teaser trying to get screwed by many on the football team. So she got what she wanted but he did not kiss her after the fact and did NOT want to ever have sex with her again and by not calling her she felt like she just got screwed! Hmmm.

Women and men do this all the time. Have sex and that is the end of it for one of them.....every day this goes on. Is it right? If you are left in the cold like this girl then no. If Johnson could have stayed on longer than 45 seconds or or or in any event this entire affair is waaaaay over blown and will change the events to come. Lesson to you young bucks: Stay on longer if you can and snuggle after the ride!

My thoughts exactly. If she really meant "no", she should have been more forceful about it. Hardly anyone makes it to age 21 and doesn't have an instinct for when the girl says no and means business, and hardly any female alive who has been sexually active doesn't know how to shut down an aroused male when she truly wants to.

Sexual assault and lack of consent are concepts that were never meant for a case where the woman imagines she said "no" after the fact and is just looking for unquestioning sympathy.

And another Holy Shit.

And you people really don't understand why\how you are getting press in the national media and a good chunk of people following this dumpster fire at UM thinks you are program and fan base out of control? Jesus Christ. Really? You guys are still posting about how nowadays "No" really means yes, and how the alleged victim is a little slut? Wow.

PG, don't paint us all with the same brush. That stuff is only being said by a few posters, most of whom probably don't mean it. And frankly, their number pales in comparison with the posters like tnt, spokaneman, argh, and countless others who have said or suggested things just as terrible toward Johnson.

Curious: Why haven't you called them out?

You are clearly out of touch when it comes to the hook up scene if you think most students aren't involved. I hate it, but it is reality and your blinders need cleaning.
