Another busy day but I was able to catch about 45 minutes and chat with a few egrizzers while watching.

The offense today, from the portion I saw, was on fire. They were having a day. The passing game really had it going. I saw Toure turn a 15 yard catch into a TD, outrunning the whole secondary, and then saw him again score on a deep sideline shot. This kid is having himself a fall camp so far, he's rebounding from a lackluster 2018. I saw JLM beat Sandry over the top for a deep TD, and Akem haul in a few incredible catches including a toe-tapping sideline grab where he loudly let the defense know what a playmaker he is, haha. Running the ball one play that stood out to me was Eastwood beating Robby on leverage and knocking him on his ass, Knight catching a few and with a good long run, even Turner got in on the action a bit with one good long run too. The only glaring issue I observed today was the backup center snaps were not good, some pass protection wasn't good either.

The defense didn't get walked all over though, Fouch had a pick-6 on Graves, saw some great pops stopping ball carriers in their tracks by Robertson and Olson. RJ Nelson batted a pass or two, there were a couple of plays where D-linemen got their hands up to hit passes.

Lots of ST drills again, punting is looking good in terms of hang time and length.

It was a very animated / fired up day from the portion I saw. Coaches, players, etc - lots of talk, lots of shouts. I'd imagine the videos from practice today tweeted by the football account will have a lot of fun highlights.

So it sounds like the DBs got smoked today.

Eastern's big, fast, strong receivers are going to wreak havoc against your tiny DBs.

Maybe ... But if they did, they got smoked by the best receiving corps in the league today. And the DB's aren't tiny, sooo.... Other than all of that, pretty solid shit talking 🙌

Don't get too wound up over the inbred UM hype. Andrew Boston is the best receiver in the BSC. UM has some talent but nothing compared to Boston.

Oh my.

Good joke. Boston didn't make the pre-season all conference team and had these mediocre stats last season: "43 receptions for 531 yards (12.3 per catch) and four touchdowns".

Here are the preseason all conference receivers:

WR: Mitch Gueller, Sr., Idaho State
WR: Samuel Akem, Jr., Montana
WR: Jared Harrell, Jr., UC Davis

Hey pussy nation, do you guys even know what a receiver is in bozoland? Do you have a qb that can throw to a receiver? I think your buddy eagle has your puny secondary mixed up with ours. Maybe you two should get together and stroke your little egos.

The Original Greaser Bob is an goddamn idiot.

Follow the progression of the thread.

Griz fans discussing Griz Receivers on EGRIZ -> LOWLIFE DOUCHEBAG FAN FROM ANOTHER TEAM comes on EGRIZ to talk shit -> Griz fans retaliate in kind on EGRIZ -> ANOTHER LOWLIFE DOUCHBAG FAN FROM ANOTHER TEAM comes on EGRIZ AND tells Griz fans they are having a pissing match on EGRIZ.

You would have to put a knife to my throat to see me open a fall camp discussion on BM or the Dead Zone.

Shouldn’t you worry more about your QBs. Heard they really lit it up in the scrimmage today  Rovig had a QB rating of 38 and your other guy didn’t fare much better.

And from a fan of a team whose 2 leading receivers had 55 and 28 receptions, and 3 and 1 TD passes.

Seriously. The Cants have a big problem at QB. I am still perplexed as to how that can happen in a coaches 4th year? What have they been doing? I am not even being snarky about it. I am just asking a serious question. The Griz have their 3rd option running the offense and I saw some very good passes today. He definitely missed on a few out routes, but he looked alright for a young kid. Griz are in a good position for QB. Choate - has his hands full.

Bahaha! That can’t be true. C’mon! You mean to tell me that a crappy QB didn’t suddenly become really good? I thought he was the answer along with Brugman and Bowman and the 6’6” guy and about 20 other names they’ve spouted in the last 5 years as being “really good”.

Not to worry, we always have a linebacker in our back pocket that can beat your sorry ass team :thumb:

Glad to see you’re only worried about beating the Griz. Pretty typical for you and your fan base. I’d be more mad that my team finally has a chance to make some noise and for the 4th year in a row the QB is going to fuck that up royally.
