Bison player suspended over banned substance

@15 games/season.....a six year record, officially, of 0-90. Breaking records, again! EZ come, EZ go.

We need to get the Detroit Lakes mafia involved in this thread so it hits 17 pages, get him over here 2011.

Been gone for a bit. Any new blame passed around by undsu? Holy hell they are going to get the NCAA band hammer.

Sounds like wishful thinking on the part of a couple posters, but what the hell......17! You'll note that 2011/CDA/PR have been AWOL from this thread for 32 hours now. You may want to send the MPs out looking for them.

I'm here, but BA2011 said he was done posting 47 posts ago. 48 is the eGriz threshold. Sneaky good on his part. Wonder where he learned it.

Discussion on this topic by the main three seems to have disappeared like a fart in the wind about noon yesterday. What happened? That is not how to get to 17 pages. Second string, next UP!

The smell from your posts caused some of us to back off. Maybe it is time for you to step back and clean up.

No wonder this is not blowing up. Can fats even wear scandles? Seems like even with their diabetes feet, they are somehow surprisingly elusive to them

Well, here's the typical investigation timeline for our undsu visitors. Let me know if you guys need someone to read it to you.

Scary accurate. I know from personal experience #3 is often a step the cleaner programs take for potential minor (secondary) violations. I briefly worked in compliance for a fairly prominent Pac-12 school nearly ten years ago. Several instances of marginally improper recruiting contact was self-reported and nothing really came of it.

That said, nothing approximating this situation ever came through the office. No failed drug tests; no questions of improper benefits (though we did have one SA ask if she could eat Thanksgiving dinner with a teammate's family. She could). If something like the situation in Fargo came to light, I can George Foreman Guarantee it would have been internally investigated, but I can't say for sure it would have been self-reported given the potential penalties. Put another way, I bet the T-Buff compliance department is already investigating this, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they don't self-report in advance of any NCAA investigation.

What is the lastest Sherlock?

Clouseau. A much better dig. Jacques, if you insist on a first name basis. Perhaps, Chief Inspector.
Is there any news from Fargo? Serious question.

I'm not at liberty to discuss specifics, but let's just say this isn't being treated as "nothing" or "no big deal". This from someone with direct knowledge of the situation.

I see 'Ole Miss released the sanctions the NCAA put on them for the Hugh Freeze era. Vacated 33 games, lost scholarships, etc. for "lack of institutional control....recruiting violations....boosters providing" prohibited benefits. NCAA has sharpened their knives. Investigation took "years."
