Kansas State's 3-3-5 defense gave up 35 unanswered points today. I'm not decrying the potential of this defense, but I wouldn't use the Sugar Bowl as an illustration of its prowess.

Well, they've given up 38 points, with 9:00 left. Here's a news flash. TCU plays 5 Down linemen, not the 3-3-5, any time Michigan is inside the TCU 10-yard line. They also sub a LB for a safety on 3rd and short, making their alignment a 3-4. So many of you just stick to a narrative, and don't even look at the defensive alignments before commenting.

As the announcers stated early in the game........ almost all teams use a 3-3-5 alignment at times in a game, but TCU uses it as their base defense. But they also use other alignments when the play dictates it.

Last, Michigan is the most over-rated team in the top 10. They nearly lost to Illinois, and the Big Ten was as weak as it has been in years.

I see Georgia beating OSU but, not by much. Maybe 1 td. I could also see OSU winning by 2 tds + though. SEC was way overrated this year. They've got smoked throughout the bowl games. Other than 2 of the teams? I think.

Michigan was one of the top dogs this year. How many people even thought TCU would have a chance? I'm pretty confident that Michigan would handle Georgie. You think great teams aren't going to have success? Their W/L record is what is for a reason. Go check Michigan's offensive stats against most teams and get back to us. Probably one of Michigan's best teams ever and 3-3-5 defense came in and got TCU a trip to the Championship.
