If I have to explain things like this to you, you shouldn't be posting on a football site.

Thanks for proving that you'll more than likely not contribute anything of value to this thread.
It's much much easier putting down others' opinions than putting the effort into stating your own. Or lying...
My post criticizing Brint's flowery evaluation is the most valid and accurate post in this thread. I notice that I have already been misquoted by AZgrizfan. Re-read my post, it should be quite clear to anyone with half a brain, that I never stated that we did not have some great young receivers, nor did I say that we did not have any with speed. I merely said that to label this group of UNTESTED receivers as wonderful is a stretch at best. How can anyone evaluate kids that have taken few, if any game-time snaps? These kids could be the next Mariani, or a total bust. But, Brint has no clue about that, nor does anybody else on this board.
By the way, I totally agree that anyone could see that Jefferson Heidlberger was fast as hell as a true freshman.
The real football minds on this board know that my points are valid. Way to much hype by certain posters. Makes one question whether they could be objective about anything in life!

All I see is you dissing Brint and then calling everybody that agrees with him "lemmings". Your response to me that I'm quoting, is the only post from you in this thread that has substance in it. Much of it I actually agree with you on. I do disagree with you having to resort to name calling without providing any sort of constructive arguments with points and reason. Guess that might be too difficult for you. Hell, one poster tried to engage you in conversation about speed and you repond with nothing but "you're not worthy of my answer". The fact that you can't engage in football conversation without name calling makes you a very unpleasant poster, even if I do agree with you on alot of points.

#80 Sean Haynes - 6-3 and 190 pounds brings a mix you don't see at the FCS level much, size and speed. He has relied on his overall speed/athletcism
#23 Cam Warren - 5-7, 160 that can easily beat coverage by LBs or safeties because of his speed and shifty route running.
#84 Kevin Berland - 5-9, 175. In the fall I was impressed with his speed
Ryan Burke, 6-4 195. Another tall/fast WR,
Chase Naccarato, 5-8 160. FAST and dominant in Spokane football, could play as a frosh
Taylor Walcott, 6-0 175. Good blend of size/speed/potential
Yep. No speed here.   You Chicken Littles slay me. :? :?
Wow, lemming-up and think that because Brint writes the word "speed" into his descriptions of these receivers, that they are actually fast! You are way too easily duped, my friend. None of those receivers runs faster than a 4.5 forty. None are as fast as Mariani or Sambrano.
Yeah... see that's the overwhelming consensus on you here, on AGS, probably on CS with whatever handle you got yourself ran off with at some point, the old Griz board you got shut down, etc.Growler1 said:Brock Landers said:What does each one of them run then?![]()

If you were my dad, I'd tell him to quick publicly embarrassing himself on a constant basisYou're the lowest common denominator, which in eGriz is a massive f#$king achievement

All he's telling you with the statement "if I have to explain things like this to you" is that he has no f***[*] clue what they run. But if Brint posted it, it MUST be wrong.

Here's a hint for you: any 6'3", 190 pound receiver that runs a 4.4 40 is playing for Tennessee, Florida, USC, etc. Sambrano didn't run a 4.4 40. Mariani didn't run a 4.4 40. And honestly, there's "fast", and then there's "football fast". I'd rather have somebody that's fast with pads on than some guy that can run a 4.4 40 but can't outrun coverage when he pads up.
What EXACTLY is your point, except to insist that you disagree with everything BW writes?

Kind of par for the course when dealing with "the human quaalude".

As usual, you are full of sh*t, and just proved itonce again. ZZZZZZZZZ . Both Mariani and Zambrano ran 4.4 forties. Pedestrian. NEXT!

Really? Sambrano's best 40 time at his pro day was 4.47. That's a hell of a lot closer to 4.5 than it is to 4.4.
Try again, Myron.
