Weird call on the incomplete pass. Calhoun didn't actually catch the ball until he was in bounds, but before that he was ran out of bounds.

My belief was that allowed him to catch the ball.

Can someone explain the rule on this?

If he is blocked out of bounds he can reestablish and make a catch. He can’t use it to go around a player.

Pretty sure that if you're force out, you can "fully" re-set your position in-bounds and are eligible.

I don't know current college rule, but a receiver can re-establish himself on the field in the NFL.
