If he is blocked out of bounds he can reestablish and make a catch. He can’t use it to go around a player.

Hmmm... Differing opinions on this.
 
Griz are trying to move the ball back, so Semenza doesn't think he's kicking an extra point when he goes for the FG.

I don't know current college rule, but a receiver can re-establish himself on the field in the NFL.

Great conversation. It was a much PI as anything Calhoun was called for.
