I would say Football season should be B+, I would say A if the games VS UND, ISU, and EWU hadn't come down to the last plays (ish). If those games (especially the ISU and EWU games) had been put away by 4th quarter, it would have looked more like A- or A... Now, please let me know how stupid I am, and that I should "Go back to your own board".

So let's say a team wins every game with a last second field goal...not an A in your book?
I think in both the UND and ISU the Griz found a way to win against teams that played pretty well. I thought ISU played a great game and sometimes you have to give credit to a team for playing their ass off. EWU was just ugly and I agree the Griz were lucky to win. Totally outplayed in the 2nd half. That was by far the worst half of the season. So I'm going A- even with losses to Cats. 13-2 speaks for itself in my opinion. South Dakota, SDSU, Sac St were all good wins. First Cat game was a great game. Second game was a great game until one play blew it open and then the wheels fell off.

If they won every game, yes. If you lost 2, 3 others were close wins like that, then IN MY OPINION it is a B+.

So winning close games in different ways matters when you grade. All close wins aren't equal?
Are you giving the cats an A- because they lost to Oregon and SDSU and struggled to beat Yale and ISUr?
I would give them an A. Not because of Oregon, but you can't lose at home in OT, to go 0-2 when you need 1/2 yard with that oline. A+ if we win that game, and beat Yale and Murcyhurst by more. We beat ISU 48-14 in Bozeman.
IN MY OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK? Yes. I would grade MSU team last year less because of close wins over inferior teams at home. They would get an A because of those.
