But it's a difficult question because many of the things I'd suggest are either logistically impossible/costly (e.g. delivering beer and cookies for each meeting as fnz so wisely suggested), or something that may make life easier for me, but more difficult for others (e.g. moving the time back from 5:00 pacific, which then makes it 7:00 mountain and 9:00 eastern: not ideal).
Perhaps it's as simple as holding some of the "extra" benefits (such as the tumblers) for us to pick up when we're in Missoula. Maybe it's giving us $50 a year to spend at the GSA tailgate. Whatever.
Again, for me, knowing I'm helping the program is the most important feature. But anyone far away from Missoula needs to understand some of the other assumed benefits are definitely muted.
