Worst Coaching Job in UM history

BTW - worse coaching job in history? I mean, ok - have you seen every Griz game? I can think of many other worse coaching jobs, even a few in just the last 10 years, 2007 vs Wofford and 2003 vs NDSU come to mind.

oh yeah, and maybe our running backs wouldn't get hurt so much if we didn't run the ball every friggin play.. thanks Delaney and the OC (btw if we keep letting TMac run the ball that often he's going to most likely get hurt too, then we are really going to be up sh** creek cuz Shay Hann and AB have very little experience under center this year).

The Griz are a running team and you want them to stop?

Anyone who thinks this was worst coaching job in history, or even was a bad coaching job, shows me that they don't have a clue about the game of football. We should start a section for the who's who of dummies on the board, and get your names up there.

Ok, I agree with those, I was there also but I think this one was worse.

Brint seriously the kids played well enough to win but this coaching staff was inept in the final 6 minutes and allowed ewu to win. If you think we will win out your delusional. This coaching staff doesn't have the gonads to put a dagger in anyone.

I like running the football, but we need to mix it up (balance the offense), after a run for first down whatever happened to a play action pass instead of another run every other first down? Our two championship teams were not one dimensional run teams. What makes us think we can be championship contenders with a one dimensional run first offense?

How soon some forget about 2 fumbles inside the f***[*] 10 yrd line.
Jordan Canada DID NOT fumble in the 1st QTR. Get it? The replay clearly showed he had possession until he hit the ground. GET IT? It was a fu*king bad call. Don't lay this on this kid. He performed heroically in this game. He & Peter did great in the game. Ok, ok, Peter did fumble later, but he & JC got the Griz into the red zone. Notice Dan Moore was not in the game, say, after 1st QTR? Poor coaching? Hell, Peter & Jordan & the OL chewed up the Eagle defense. The only problem in this game was the Griz had no pass rush. Adams had all kinds of time.

Also I'm SICK and TIRED of 3rd and 1 plays where we do shotgun formation for a run... wtf why make our offense work for 3-4 more extra yards just to get that 1 yard. Bunch formation with dan more pounding an Iso or Dive? Shotgun is a great formation, but we need to mix it up!

Good comments, Player. Yes, we lost the game, but to a fairly good country team. The Griz play with heart and are coming together as a team. We need to give the players and coaches our support.

The Griz played incredibly hard today. Incredible intensity in most of both halves. I thought we had and deserved the win, but EWU made some terrific plays in their comeback. Congrats to them. The Griz are going to keep getting better, unless they have some bad luck with injuries. The team is surprisingly healthy now, tho. The Griz just need to keep eliminating mistakes and improving. McKinney sure improved on mistakes and played well. That is a tribute to him and the coaches.

The coaching error was kicking field gol on 4th on one.
Agreed, and wasting those 2 timeouts. The Griz did fight with great heart and intensity, I'm impressed with Tmac, and hope the coaches let him throw a little more after today. Go GRIZ!

Both of these posts are right on the money. We will be OK. There are areas to improve. Eastern made some great plays. They have some fine players. Give them credit. Our best days are ahead. Keep the faith and be careful not to pile on the team. Everyone connected to the program needs our support and not a bunch of negative thrown at them right now.

Our d-backs are horrid and the safeties are almost always out of position. They had several passes that could and should have been picked off. We let EWU's wide outs get a 15 yard head start on a least two of the long balls. We need to start hitting the receivers at the line and slowing them down, but I don't think we have the corner-backs that can do that. Plus they are always the shortest players on the field, it seems like we get out jumped and out run almost every time.
