That's nice, but there is an entire season to play. Gillman doesn't have a chance because they have all but turned the Peyton Award into a QB Trophy, which is is laughable since Sweetness was a RB. Also, the pad stat conferences have a tendency to win the trophies.

The preseason awards are like participation trophies, they are nice but mean very little.

The post season awards are where it's at and, even though they are individual awards, the entire team executes their roles to make them happen.

It would be kind of hilarious if they were the same thing, though, and the pre-season watch lists were just every single player in the FCS

I agree. A watch list is a big deal.

Wing- 20:1(I just think its going to be the kid from Illinois State)
KaY- 7:1(just think a kid from a team without a Gilman or Jones for running back will win it)

Jones- 9:1(because the Cats will split carries, but I think it will be close between him and Gilman as to 1st team FCS)
Lamson-7:1(see above for KaY)
Taco-(15:1 I just don't see it happening to a non QB and less likely a wr than a running back))
Cole Taylor- 14:1(see above for Wing)
