OK I know this will sound not PC but, how does it take one month to know if you have been raped?

I've wasted hours of my workday talking about stuff like this to a female coworker. She claims girls are scared to file rape charges because they think they'll be labeled a slut, ect. and if it was with a football player she'd be labeled an outcast to the community and could never live or go to school in Missoula from that day forward.

I said if someone rapes me or a family member that guy is either dead or in jail. End of story.

In JJ's case do we know she said no at any point? Is it proven that she went and picked him up and took him to her house? Beau's recorded conversation is clearer evidence that he knew he didn't have her consent. Different scenarios unless more is known about the JJ situation.

We don't even know if JJ attended the FB. I don't think football players go to that event these days. The security tossed out people who were very drunk, according to the Missoulian.

Again, you have no clue what college kids do and have done for years. You seem surprised that they drink, have sex, do drugs, or make any mistakes. How about the underage Bobcat athletes who were out in public beating the heck out of each other? Did that shock you too? You really need to get out of your house a bit more, or at least do some reading.

I think UM's Womens teams would get hit the hardest, to be honest. As far as underage drinking suspensions. Our Lady Griz can DRINK!
