I will never, ever look at the Kaimin again. Not even game day. They have exactly zero to offer me. And to think only 14 years ago I was sitting in a class in that building. Smh

Over 2,000 posts in first 24 hours is awesome. Haven't seen any former players negative to Hauck, all positive, guys that were closer to the program than anyone else.

Thanks for the support! I whined plenty at first and then just grew tired of the negativity. I knew that way more supported this than were against it. Now I just want to media to show fair balance somehow and get the word out that that's the obvious case.

All looks good, Hook. Keep up the good work. I too called it to Bodnar's attention.

My predication is that it will reach 10,000 -15,000 or more. I'm not a social media person, but I have sent a number of emails to families and friends.

Missoulian turned off comments on those articles sometime back. You can't post it can't comment. The only voice allowed on the Missoulian is the editors and those they deem worthy.

I guess I should have clarified. The Missoulian has a Facebook page. When these articles or letters are posted people are quick to jump on both sides of the argument. The most recent ones, there seems to be more for than against. Just thought it was a accessible vehicle to use for posting a link to this petition for those of you that do facebook.

Okay then. I try to avoid the Missoulian when I can as a general rule so never visited the Facebook page.
 
I have signed the petition, and appreciate the efforts made for it. What I don't understand is why are we having one? He has already been hired and comfortably approved by the powers to be. Is this more to show Haslam and the powers to be the real support behind Coach Hauck? Is it being done as a "just in case" kind of backup, etc?

I assume it's being done to counteract the negative press, Lisa Davey's petition, the letter of some faculty, and the Kaimin and Missoulian articles. I think the petition is great.

When the Missoulian cites 500 signers of the Davey petition, the 15,000 signers of Hooked's petition will drawn out Davey's.

That is exactly what it is for. We all were annoyed with the various negative (often incorrect) and one sided media stories coming out against Coach Hauck. I figured we could continue to complain and bicker, or we could actually take an actionable step to try and make pro-Hauck voices heard. I also assumed that there were way more pro-Hauck folks out there than not but just don't voice it. I assumed for every 5 people, 4 are all for the coach returning. I think the petition exploding like it did proves that.
