Vigen's Next Stop

The two current MWC openings are Utah State and Fresno State. The new Utah State AD only hires people with Ohio State ties so he will likely get passed over for that job. Fresno State though is interesting. He could have a shot at that one, and I think that's one of the more attractive jobs in the league. There's bound to be more that open up though.
Coach Sleepy would need to have several face tattoos to land the Fresno job. Hot dish meets gansta.

I don't think that's true.

Hauck has found recruiting more difficult/competitive in his 2nd stint and this year's Griz team is a step down, personnel wise, from last year's.

But UM is still a top 10 FCS program and in the upper echelon of the BSC. I don't think they have many/any players who aren't FCS worthy.
The starting safeties might start at Northern Colorado and nowhere else in the Big Sky. Outside of Wilson, no other D player would start in the Big Sky.

Haven't watched a ton of the Griz this year but why all the hate on the safeties? The times I've watched they looked pretty damn good. Didn't one of them have a couple interceptions just last game? I mean you don't have Colt Anderson back there but I thought they looked fine the times I've watched.

I wonder if the mods could create an egriz simulation and trick this guy ^ and Hoops into thinking they're on the real forum and they can just say unhinged things to each other.

AI has to make something like that possible no?
Trust me,

Watch the game Saturday and you will see.

The safeties are good. It’s just some clueless fans. A safety was conference player of week this week. The secondary make some bad mistakes in middle of season. Mental and seemingly corrected. Wasn’t just safeties.

Funny stuff.

Why isn't that safety starting?

No, but my company could and interject into the site and you would never know.

Former MSDUI HC Jim Sweeney is legacy at Fresno.

Something else to factor in...college is pricey. As an employee at the university, Vigen would get a full tuition waiver and his kids would get a partial waiver.

At least that's how it works for standard faculty/staff. I don't know if coaches get the same deal or if it is different due to additional scholarship opportunities, etc.

I don't know if Vigen will move on after this season, but I highly doubt he'd stay in Bozeman if a really good situation came up. It really ultimately depends on what's available, and what offers he gets. I could easily see him staying, if he doesn't get something he felt he couldn't turn down.

His kids srent good enough to play FBS.
Wait what? People who understand the game and played at a high level (like me) know this isn't true. Grant Vigen carries an 84 rating from 247Sports. As a point of reference here are some of the commitments of other kids with an 84 rating in the same class:
Syracuse, SHSU, Marshall, Maryland, Utah St, Fresno St, San Jose St, Bowling Green, and a few others.

Do better PR. You continue to muck this place up with garbage posts.
