I think we all know why there's been a significant drop in enrollment. We had a bad year in 2011 and it carried over to 2012. I also believe people find engineering extremely profitable nowadays. However, UM is still going to be the state leader for academics. This is a temporary lull. I think we will be seeing the resurgence in enrollement come next fall. UM is world class. Not only that, but the campus, the professors, and the environment are 10 times superior to Bozeman. No offense to them. The drop in enrollment is not a result of Engstrom being president in any way...that's just foolish talk.
