CDAGRIZ said:I have a follow up honest question: Is Choach worried at all about being cancelled? In the last month, we’ve seen people get cancelled for far less than running an annual school sponsored/supported MILF camp that ostensibly sought to “loosen up” the women with alcohol and encouraged them to date the coaches. For that matter, is the athletic department at all concerned about this?
I know we’ve made jokes about it in the past, but with the craziness lately, I’d probably want to get out in front of this if I were him. Seriously. It was an absolutely awful look.

They have had the Xs and Os camp for women WAY before Choate took over. I believe it started with Ash. And to be completely honest, it is the same camp that Bobby runs over at UM. Cant remember what it is called, but had some lady friends that went to it in Missoula... Basically they drank mimosas, ran some drills, and then had drinks while Bobby talked about Xs and Os.

It wasn’t the concept itself, it was the way Choach and the university sold it to women in the community. All class Ron Ash would’ve never approved such phrasing. “Loosen up, have a drink, date a coach, here’s a hotel”. Fair or unfair, people have been getting cancelled without context for far less.

That promotional webpage for that was simultaneously hilarious and disturbing.
Mostly f###[#] hilarious though.

Oh, some people from California moved into a new development in Bozeman, but they like to drink a different kind of wine with dinner whilst supporting local businesses? They must be from Los Angeles, and Bozeman is now Los Angeles. Sheesh!

I know from my many, many years living in Bozeman that it goes deeper than that. The town has radically changed.

I totally agree on the website, that wasn't exactly the phrasing, but it didn't look great.... I think where they went wrong was trying to sell the DVD's of MILF camp... I mean, who even has a DVD player anymore
