The Griz are what they are at this point

While I don't usually appreciate tautologies and/or Popeye references, I like Hav's original post because I feel the same.

I like this team. Have from the start. Thought they might be more dominant. They showed what they can be in the Davis game. Waiting for them to get it all together and/or to get on a roll. Hope they do. There's still time for that. As someone said, the most important thing is for them to keep winning, as they have in the past 2 games. JJ is a huge positive factor. Leadership and heart are also big factors. Injuries aren't too bad, but it would be nice to get a few more guys back. Hope we get on the EWU side of the bracket, because I think we can beat them.

No one can complain about the games being boring. Great games, even if we all wished the team was making a few more plays earlier in games (as well as later). Probably not good for our blood pressure, but it's been a great and entertaining season so far.

Go Griz!

I agree for the most part except injuries. I think this team is pretty beat up right now and missing several key players. Hopefully we get healthy in the next couple weeks.

Didn't UM have all starters today on D, and all but one on offense (Walcott)? Is anyone other than Kose out for season? Looks like Counts may have a bad one, based on this thread. I'm counting Canada as the starter. Obviously, Van is critical to the team too.

I've always been a big believer in not caring how you get the W as long as you get it. And while I share many of the same frustrations as the rest of the fan base, the fact is the Griz are 8-2, and are going to the playoffs. Another fact is, this team is 10 games into the season, it's the middle of November and the deficiencies are not going to be get completely turned around in the next two weeks. It's too late for that now.

The Griz are what they are, which is a team with a lot of heart and charachter and they do not fold. I really love that about this squad. The analyzing is over. This is the 2013 Montana Grizzlies and while everyone is entitled to their opinion and I know that long, long ago this message board became a bastion of negativity and that's predominately what it's here for now, I for one am just going to sit back and try to enjoy the last how many ever weeks there is left in this season.

This!!

Yeah........same story - bad defense, weak o-line, terrible coaching....blah blah

If they beat the Cats, the season will be a success
