Good question Brint (or anyone), can you add a little on what you think needs to change/improve to make the run game more productive, play calling, rbs or oline or maybe just experience?ordigger said:Brint, do you feel the run game wasn't "there" due to the blocking schemes? Or the runners themselves? I didn't really read much in regard to the offensive line so was curious. Thanks!
Yes how did the o-line look?NativeGriz said:Good question Brint (or anyone), can you add a little on what you think needs to change/improve to make the run game more productive, play calling, rbs or oline or maybe just experience?ordigger said:Brint, do you feel the run game wasn't "there" due to the blocking schemes? For the love of God, will someone please tell us about the O-line? That seemed to be the biggest concern and NO one wants to talk about it. 48 yards on 17 carries by the RB's and NINE sacks? Where all of our real 1st teamers out there? Was anyone missing? Were some of them laying down asleep when the ball was snapped? We need answeres people!Mavman said:Yes how did the o-line look?NativeGriz said:Good question Brint (or anyone), can you add a little on what you think needs to change/improve to make the run game more productive, play calling, rbs or oline or maybe just experience?ordigger said:Brint, do you feel the run game wasn't "there" due to the blocking schemes? I wonder if Nguyen and Calhoun would have had more success with more then 2 carries each?

Caleb Kidder is a DOMINANT player. If he stays healthy, he'll get drafted. Beast.

 Wait a second; I thought I read on here that the cupboard was left bare by previous coaches.
No sir.BadlandsGrizFan said:Yes but hes going to be playing DT still I thought?
That's pretty much the bottom line of spring ball. I'd guess you just want to see guys making plays on both sides of the ball, where the offense gets their's and the defense does too.go96griz said:Love this Coach Stitt quote:

I think we've got an incredible group of RS. Frosh. Eaton, Bingham, and Calhoun will be playmakers at WR this year. Jerrin Williams and Sandry sound like they are already enforcers in the secondary. Dante Olsen and Fa'autuise (I tried) had their names called on lots of tackles, several for a loss.
Not good I'm sure. Purposely blowing things a little out of proportion. Mostly wondering if anyone sat out and who played w/ the 1st team. The only names I seen were Todd and Kelly getting worked.bgbigdog said:alabamagrizzly said::shock: For the love of God, will someone please tell us about the O-line? I think you can surmise that the level of improvement hoped for is still somewhat down the road. Nine sacks and 50 yds in rushing yards. How good do you think they looked?
