Get used to it and step up your game Ash. Stitt is taking the state of Montana recruiting very seriously. It sounded to me, in state recruits will be the life blood of GRIZ football while he is here. I am not saying it to be a smart ass either. He sounded very sincere and committed to recruiting this state and building relationships with the high school programs and coaches.

his comments reek of a .500 ball coach! Poor baby, grow a sack and RECRUIT!!!!

Interesting.....we flew the Villanuava kid in for a visit this year while he was committed to UM. Did we ask him to decommit before flying to Bozeman?allcat wrote:He said more. Like with Brekke, he said they insisted he decommit before they could talk.

isn't this the same coach that threw his QB under the bus after the Griz game during the post game presser?

This day comes once a year. His conferences on signing day are always upbeat and filled with optimism. At least this part of his address today was different. Kind of put a dark cloud over a happy day (especially for the kids) as far as I am concerned.LongTimeCatFan wrote:
Sure, if he makes his comments on any other day than NLI day, then it comes off as constructive, but today it's just sour grapes.GRIZ1STCATS2ND wrote:Still not sure what to think of this. Is this what Ash has always thought and for some reason it just happened to come out today? He makes some good points but all the schools have to play by the same rules. I'm not certain what he thought he accomplished by saying what he did when he did. There has to be a different avenue that's more constructive.
