Sure, but those parents will continue to pay the club with the hopes that it benefits their child so the financial incentive of success is minimal when compared to a model where top level clubs provide financial support to clubs based on actual player success. It is keeping parents happy as opposed to actually producing talent.do you really think they don't have any incentive to develop top quality players? they are sports organizations which generally pride themselves on putting the best possible teams on the field. the coaches and others involved want their teams to win, and they want their players to maximize their abilities. their reward? good memories and the knowledge they did their best.
