Granted lying is not a criminal offense (when not in a court setting), but out of curiosity, how do they constitute and address someone if they are lying about an alleged crime? I have no idea how many of the accused are guilty, or not, but am confident, not every one of them raped someone. Seriously, what are the repercussions if someone is found to be lying about a crime?
Something needs to be constituted to cover that. If for anything to reduce the number of cases that costs time, money, effort, and resources. As is, there is no reason for a jaded woman to not mess with a guy that burns/hurts her emotionally. Let's say a guy breaks up with a girl, or fools around with another girl, 1 or both girls, are hurt, and to get even they play the rape or some kind of sexual related card, and makes up a lie. There is has to be some protection to help minimize the number of cases being brought up.
