Not to be the party pooper, but let's hope he can stay healthy for us.

That's my hope for every recruit/player. :thumb:

Certainly, it's always a hope. In this particular case, however, he seems to have ran across the wrong side of karma.

He looks to be between a LB and DE at this level. He has so much speed, he could easily be a speed DE but it’s gotta be tempting to let this guy float around the middle and find some gaps. He is a steal in every single way for us. Our D front 7 is gonna be stout for a long time.

From today's Missoulian article on Milton (sorry, not sure how to link it here):

"Mamula took his official visit to Montana over the January 26 weekend, and he fell in love.

He knew he was set when he entered the new weight room in the Champions Center.

"It blew me away," Mamula said. "The first thing I saw was the weight room. I know that's where my second home would be in there. As soon as I saw that, it pretty much sold me.""

There is a lot of awesomeness in those few sentences. The effects of the new Champions Center are immediate and significant. The new players have a new and beautiful "second home" where they want to work out and be the best Griz student-athletes possible. So many things finally moving back in the right direction in Missoula and at UM.

One other great and telling quote from the article:

"He added: "I'm happy I found the University of Montana. There's no other school like it. It's on par with every (FBS) school in terms of facilities, coaching. I'm definitely not missing out when I go to Montana. That's what I'm very excited for."

Love this kid. All he needs to do now is become our next great student-athlete recruiter, well that and become the All-American that is written all over him. Beast from the East.

Good post, I agree.

And this defensive line class is exceptional. Has there been a better one, I don't think so?
