At first the new picture didn't impress me, but once I thought about how the replicas don't look nearly as good as the real uniforms, I'm liking the design more and more. Bringing back the bear claw is a great touch and will look great if its the same shade of silver as the old school uniforms from like 2001. 8/31 can't come soon enough so we can get our first look at the new unis.

I buy a new UNI every time they come out with a new one.

If we roll with something that boring, it'll be the first time since 2001 that I haven't bought a new one. We may as well give up our Nike contract, because Russell could make the exact same thing for far cheaper.

But thankfully, sources are saying the new unis aren't like those at all.

To be honest, I don't think they are that boring. If you compare them to the 2001 uniforms, they are almost the same, biggest difference being the numbers. Like you though, I'd rather wait until we see the real ones in person before buying to see how they compare or if there are better versions out there.
