Who wouldn’t want to coach for MSC?

I was teasing my neighbor last night about Lubick flat-out fucking with them (twice now!) and how I was looking forward to it happening again in 3-4 years.

He said MSC simply won’t let Lubick apply next time. I told him, like most Cat Fats, he has no clue how the process of hiring employees works. How the hell can they prevent someone from applying? Shouldn’t the burden be on MSC to not fall for it every 3-4 years?

Also, he is convinced Choach had a “bad marriage” with the MT BOR and BSC and that’s why he left. I begged him to elaborate but he said it will all come out in due time. What’s he talking about? Did Choaches’ chicken-parm go uneaten at the annual meetings in Utah?

Looks like that cat in #4 got ahold of some, uh, "Colombian white". He really puts the "line" in "feline", if you will.

You're pretty close on this one actually! Though she might not have even been in 5th grade yet. But she did win the contest.....

I found the runner-ups to that winning logo. There were some great submissions that year.

In researching the fabulous fifth-grade submissions, I stumbled upon a live picture of the new MSC recruits today on national signing day, signing up with a school that has no HC:

How did you miss Choate's constant whining about the BSC, FCS, the BOR and his lack of resources? It was like they were all supposed to change when he climbed on stage. I'm sure it got old for them.

Drevno would be a one heck of a hire.Seems like he could do better tho.

Did this guy get fired from his last two gigs? Perfect trajectory for MSC.

I thought MSC wanted to preserve Choacheses’ culture of a defensive minded coach who likes to run the ball. Other than the man-boobs and spittal dangling from his goatee, this guy looks like the opposite of Choach.

Well I hear the AD is making the new coach keep most of the previous staff in place which most coaches would not be a fan of so unemployed was probably the best option.

So does the “committee” do the interviews and pick, or just suggest names for the AD to consider? Why doesn’t the AD just handle it like most schools? Seems like such a Bubcat thing to do. What if the committee and AD disagree? And why the hell would you have a handful of current players involved? Some starters. What if they want some guy who gets left behind? Total conflict of interest and a recipe for disaster.

Was MSC the only D1 school without a head coach on signing day? Boy did Choach leave them high and dry with empty cupboards.
