Really impressed with the Bobcat WRs. They are winning all the 50/50 balls being tossed up there by Mellott. I am eating crow as I didn’t think they were good enough to sustain that.
 
it is so funny to read posts on here. Mellott is very good and cats have an excellent chance at a natty and I am proud of them..Anyone who thinks the throws are lucky does not have a clue. We need a qb like that for sure.

Cats certainly turned things around quickly in playoffs. However, things sure aligned for them lately. Terribly windy first playoff game when that would have been huge advantage for opponent. Weak side of bracket. SHSU weak.

I did think it would all end today, especially with Ifanse out.

Cats to championship. Seems like a strange force is moving this along. Doesn’t seem totally unbelievable they beat NDSU. Can’t believe I just said that.

I don't consider them "lucky". But, they are called 50-50 passes for a reason. Good for the cats -> they're winning more than half (like almost 100%).

It’s not luck when it’s the game plan. Cat WRs are big and physical. Those are the type of WRs that do well with the “50/50” balls that Mellott is throwing. He has really underthrown a bunch of passes that the WRs battled the DB for and won. But again, that’s the game plan. Run Mellott left. Run Mellott right. Run Mellott up the middle. Play action and let him try to hook up with whatever outside WR has single coverage. It’s working well
