Mellot won’t last 4 years if they keep running him like this and taking the big hits.
One tough guy but it takes a toll.
 
Fun to watch, but I'm not going to cheer for them. Glad the Butte kid is doing well, fun to watch and has the competitive fire a kid from Hamilton sorely lacked when needed...
 
Cue excuses by many griz fans trying to justify why Cats are in the championship and griz got only as far as last year....bottom line they have a better oline, better oline coach, better QB, better designed offense to play to team strengths. They just needed to shelf Mc Kay 3 weeks earlier and it would have been a different game in Missoula. Bobby better figure some shit out as it is evident they won when it mattered and have gone to the championship with a freshman QB, a first year head coach despite missing key players with injuries.

Good for the Cats. I do think Vigen stepped into a very lucky slot here -> I don't think he's as responsible for the Cat success as others are. He "inherited" a good situation.

What I will agree with is that the Cat coaches recognized what their strengths were on offense and had the nuts to change. The rest is nothing but conjuncture by debbie downwer.

my opinion is you aren't giving the bobs qb enough credit. those balls are placed where his guys have a much better chance to catch them than the dbs.

Oh, I'm definitely giving him credit for nice throws. But, they are still jump balls to taller receivers. I'm pretty sure a lot of QB's could make those throws....

....the Cats are out coaching the Jacks who seem confused at times..Mellot throws are not bullets but
are catchable and accurate...if the Defense adjust to Mellot running thats when he start to throw...I think
the Jacks are done...well done!

disagree....even if the Cats had Tom Brady at QB at the brawl they weren't going to win..period!

I was thinking the same thing. They will balance it out some I assume as the years go by.
