No thats what it means. Paoli originally wanted to call twenty five character witnesses. The judge limited him to 5. then they agreed to 1140 minutes each instead to present their case. Not sure whether that includes closings or not though.

Tomorrow should be interesting, seems there is new evidence from the prosecution....

Well duh! It was obviously JJ. I distinctly remember JFK texting someone saying... "OMG, I think I may have just been shot!"

Today was the 1st day where I actually some possibility (still very slight) of JJ being guilty of something, but still not enough to 100% convince me without doubt. I do wonder a few things.
(1) Was Jane Doe's emotional state and tears from other things in life, combined with some stress from things playing out with JJ the way they did? Or 100% from being JJ truly raping her? Again, something I doubt the prosecution can prove. I do believe Jane Doe has been going through a very tough stage of life as an young adult, and this added to it.

(2) WTF is up with her parents wanting to know the actions the school was taking out of concern for their daughter? They supported her then, but now don't support her story for this trial? Yet they took the time to speak to the school, and shortly thereafter O'day and Pflu were fired, or whatever you call it? It does not make sense to me either way. Is it possible the parents and accuser jumped the gun, got 2 good men fired, then with time realized they made a mistake on their initial thoughts?

Seriously, I hope somehow in this trial her mother and/or father are put on the stand. If not this trial in a civil trial that Pflu or O'day may bring forward later on.

This case just does not make sense to me. Still questioning why it went to trial?

Your guess is as good as mine. I do think the information and further actions are being kept under wraps until after this trial, and/or each of their original contracts are up. Legal actions or not, I don't see how some pretty influential backers will accept not being given more answers than we know so far.

I know for fact O'day feels everything will come out in due time. I have no reason to doubt Jim. Their dismissals are far from over for RE and the BOR.
