I have told this story before, but will tell it again, just so I can add my two cents.

When I was twelve, I went to Ohio to visit my father. On my first day there, I answered a knock at the door. There was a policeman with a young girl. He asked her if I was one of the boys that raped her. She said that I was. I was very confused and thank God that I had the sense to ask when this rape occurred and found out it happened one week before. Fortunately, I had kept my airline ticket and presented it to the officer and stated that there was no way I was involved. The girl immediately changed her mind that I was not involved.

Since that day, I have been skeptical.

My point? It is very easy to be labeled a rapist when you aren't.

Once again, I am not trying to diminish rape, just am skeptical of claims.

I'm calling Bullshit on that story, with a capital B

Look back at the question by Paoli to the witness who drove her to the exam. Did you notice if the accused was grasping at her seatbelt?

Looks like a way to introduce reasonable doubt that accused,on the way to an exam, tugged at her seatbelt to ensure there would be a red abrasion on her chest area.

Then there is the issue of jj holding the accuser down (arm across the chest)while removing her leggings and panties yet the nurse states the accused used his hands to hold het down.

Pretty sure there is also an issue with the accusers testimony regarding of no condom and jj ejaculating on the blanket , yet nurse testified accuser said a condom was used.

Lots of contradictory statements in the last 2 days......

This is probably redundant to the conversation, but I'd say Paoli has clearly established that this poor girl lied or changed her story to practically everyone involved. None of the Defense witnesses can entirely corroborate her testimony or can deny significant contradictions. Imagine what the defense witnesses will do to increase the doubt. We haven't even heard from Defense yet and I feel three wheels came off the States case already. It certainly sounds like JJ took advantage of her advances, but no way this meets the standard for conviction of a crime, IMO.

Cats don't have anyone on trial for rape. Things are quite here, boys are just hitting the weights getting bigger and stronger so we can kick you again next year.

I am actually amazed that some people are surprised that speculation occurs on an interweb forum. It isn't like it is a new phenomenon. There are armchair QBs, coaches, and university presidents. Why not defense attorneys? People who are overly sensitive to the opinions of others should really consider a different pastime.

I honestly do not like the griz much if at all, but I hate seeing what is going on. No program not even the griz deserve this. You are right it could be the Cats dealing with something tomorrow. Lets face it, we are talking 18 to 24 year old kids. I know what I did at that age, and believe me it would have created a lot of problems for any football program.
