Is Ash going through a midlife crisis?

Ron Ash is starting to sound like an old southern plantation owner. Pretty disturbing obviously and something the BOR may want to take a closer look at.

He is actually advocating that that players shouldn't be able to maximize their chances for success after college and instead be treated like indentured servants. Apparently you should have to earn your way off the football team. Face it, Ewho got their money's worth from VA's tenure.

I wasn't going to implicate the 13th Amendment, but Ron Ash's comments seem to do just that.

Guess what, Ronald, these kids can do whatever the f*** they want. You calling for more regulation to restrict kids' choices is unbecoming to say the least, and borderline "Candie" to say just more than the least.

You watch this shit this year....Ashs best players on the field this year besides Prokup are going to be his FBS drop downs from Cincinnati, Baylor and Miami....oh and BTW the safety that will be one of their starters is from UAB....hmmmmm I wonder if his next big rant will be about coaches cherry picking dying programs playes?????

Also if both got offered big $'s to move up to FBS, I'm sure they would both say no, not interested. What about what is best for the players? Credit to VA, he got the opportunity to move up and try his skills at the next level. Amazing how Ash says this and then brings in all of those drop downs to immediately fix his defense.
