He’s saying the right things and clearly took the feedback from the UM community to heart. I am excited to see him change our public facing side and messaging. We know there’s room to grow, and he acknowledges it and seems to have a plan and an eye on key pieces that will make it happen. Love the new energy we have in various areas of the university.

Will be very interesting to see how Shinn views Haslam’s future. That will tell us how committed he is to executing his own vision for the Athletic Department.
