He also had a stud defense full of leaders.Agreed, but cliff had chutzpa
I think you are underselling the departures. The overall on-field talent drop is significant.I mean did Cooper and Tim not learn or remember a damn thing from how Bradford ran our defense? He made our D last year damn good, especially when it mattered. We have a lot of the same players as last year, several notable departures but coaching was the biggest change. I know our secondary has never been stellar but this year is historically bad. Swiss cheese ain't got shit on our defense. Wholesale changes are needed this offseason.
Fair, these coaches haven’t shown the ability to develop talent at QB. Until they prove they can I won’t believe it possible for them to do so.The UM coaches' evaluation of QBs, as your evidence, is rich.
I agree, we did loose A LOT of excellent players and obviously did not recruit to backfill and now we are paying the price.I think you are underselling the departures. The overall on-field talent drop is significant.
T. Hauck was very involved too.I think it’s apparent now that Ronnie Bradford made a LOT of players “better”.

Who was the last QB to start that was a high school recruit and didn’t transfer in that was developed by hauck. Look, I love Hauck, but he and his staff aren’t infallibleThe coaches have done a good job of developing qb talent.

Really? You watched a different game on Saturday, then.I really don't care where the QB comes from, that isn't the biggest issue.
First, I was talking in general, second, the play along the LOS was a bigger issue.Really? You watched a different game on Saturday, then.
Whatever. I don't believe that for a second.Griz would be undefeated with Clifton.
How many losses did he have as the starting QB?Whatever. I don't believe that for a second.
The biggest issue was coaching. Second was the defense, and third was running the ball. Fife went straight down the field for a TD. We could have thrown the ball at will against them.First, I was talking in general, second, the play along the LOS was a bigger issue.
He wasn't undefeated. He also didn't have any solo wins either. How many losses did he have as the starting QB?
I wonder why they couldn't run the ball and had issues on defense.....and it was pretty evident that they couldn't throw the ball at will. The biggest issue was coaching.
