There should be extras now that Bobby is the coach and certain unnamed individuals are SURE to give theirs up.

Yeah I’ll be curious to see what happens there. A FBS position coach is not going to come unless it’s for a OC or DC position.

He said he needed to talk with some of the existing staff and get on the recruiting trail. He also said he wasn't in any big rush to fill out his staff after that. He mentioned January when asked about completing his staff.

It’s not like the program needs a total rebuild. Just need to win two or three more regular season games per year! It will be interesting. I like continuity where possible.

Coordinators will have some say in who makes up the majority of the staff. I think Green and Germer sound safe, the others may very well be but will depend on scheme and/or familiarity I'm sure.

He wore it to honor a coaching friend who died. That man wore a red hat for his defenders to be able to find him on the sideline. Bob continues that by wearing green for his QBs to find him.

True but a green wrist band would have served the same purpose.....just felt like it was "in your face" behavior.

In a split second after a play is over, the QB will quickly, and without error, pick out a particular guy on the sideline, among a bunch of others, who's wearing a green wrist band? I don't think so.
