The current staff is solid, just add a new DC. We know, special teams will be in great shape.
The current staff has no OC, part of its problem.

I'd be fine with Selle officially adding that to his duties. I do hope Selle remains. I like him personally and professionally. He has the makings to be head coach one day.

If I had to guess most of the defensive staff will be replaced except maybe Schill. The offensive staff might mostly be left intact. Pure speculation.

I would guess this is pretty accurate.

I have zero inside info on this, but here’s what I’d like to see;

OC: Rosenbach
QB/TE: Selle
OL: Germer
RB: Green
WR: Ferriter

DC: Thompson
DL: Hendricks
LB: B. Fisher
CB: Vernon Smith
S: Schillenger

ST/HC: Hauck

Ops: Bonnickson
S&T: Nicholson

Always appreciate your thoughts BW. Do you think we can get Thompson from NAU? It appears he is HC in waiting

Hadn't thought about Smith. He still have the attitude? If so, that's another check mark in the "FOR" category as far as I'm concerned. Salty.

Wonder if Vernon would leave NAU, don't see Thompson coming....would like it though

What about Kraig Paulson as DC?

I wouldn’t want it but the dots connect there. The other name Colter mentioned on the radio was Breske which I’d like a lot.

I just don’t see Fisher going from a $400,000 pro coach to a $50,000 position coach. Breske would be my pick at Dc

But Fisher is unemployed and living here in Montana and has indicated he wants to stay here so I wouldn’t say never but might be a stretch.

I am sure all green hats will banned from the sidelines. Just thinking about the green hat makes me sick.

Agreed.

Times 110! His green cap proved that he NEVER was a Griz!

He wore it to honor a coaching friend who died. That man wore a red hat for his defenders to be able to find him on the sideline. Bob continues that by wearing green for his QBs to find him.

There were even a couple of articles about this, and still lots of people don't get it. I had no problem with his hat. Least of my concerns.

I like Selle, but he is too young and inexperienced to be an OC under Hauck. He did some coordinating and play calling under Stitt, but Stitt was an offensive minded coach. Hauck needs to bring in someone that can take the lion's share of the responsibility of planning and calling an offense.

So pretty much like he’s done in the past?
